Damp perimeter foundation walls and non-functional structural components required that interior french drains be installed, load-bearing beams repositioned and standing headroom increased through excavation, prior to finishing.

These components are now almost complete and ready for finishing. The new layout will be mostly open-plan, with separately defined media, study, and recreational areas. A new entryway staircase from first floor, separate bathroom and kitchen area will round out this project – providing all the modern conveniences while retaining the original flavor of this beautiful Victorian home.
